MCS has considerable Project Management expertise built up over many years in the Water and Utility Markets. As clients have reduced their in-house expertise, MCS has increasingly been engaged by clients to take on and project manage full turnkey projects and enhancements encompassing Civils, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning and more recently Demolition.
In addition to the Project Management services offered, MCS has considerable experience of managing the CDM services for clients including CDM Coordinator and Principal Contractor.
MCS prides themselves in keeping their staff trained and we are fully conversant and comply with BS6079 and CDM 2007.
